Yes, that is an amusement park in Tokyo Dome City, and the roller coaster goes through the middle of the Ferris Wheel.

The Giabbits are a group of rabbits who represent the Yomiuri Giants. There's two twin adult male Giabbits named Mr. Giabbit (team number 555, wears a hat) and Giabyi (team number 333), an adult female Giabbit named Vicky, and two twin children Giabbits (boy and girl respectively) named Tsuppy (wears shorts) and Chappy (wears a skirt and headband on her left ear), and Grandpa. Their features are based on the Yomiuri Giants logo. (Thanks fandom.com)

Our Last Full Day, Where Did the Time Go?

Tsukiji Outer Market

A Little History: In Chuo City, Tokyo, the Tsukiji wholesale fish market opened in 1935, though similar venues have existed in the surrounding area since the early 1600s.  In 2018, the wholesale market sales were estimated at 5 million pounds of fish DAILY.  In October of 2018, the wholesale market moved 3km to a new facility.  What remains, is the Tsukiji Outer Market, a, still impressive, smaller wholesale and retail fish market spread over and through several blocks. As will happen, other food-related vendors have also moved in, so again, you can get almost anything for the kitchen.

The day is looking clear, so off to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatory - another 30-minute train ride. So maybe from over 200 meters up, we can see Mt Fuji and other highlights.
